Ragging in Osmania Medical College: Is ragging good or bad, I say Good if...

The ragging word has become so wild and horrific that whole society feels sorry for the victim but it is a part of college life.
It not only makes you bold and mature and also brings you near to seniors, who are really boon for juniors inside the campus. You just get the whole lot of experience of the college from your seniors and help with books, notes, and exam tricks.
Ragging if healthy is really a gate opener for the relief of coming years inside the campus, It increases the bonding between you and the senior boss, and my dear friends if you are not in military then ragging is only for starting one month and then a whole lot of senior guidance and protection for the whole life, never hesitate to offer yourself for ragging.

But the seniors should also mind that ragging should be healthy and not sex oriented which makes a junior uncomfortable, seniors are like elder brother, so act like it. Help them , mold them , protect your juniors, and get a whole life respect.

Just enjoy the beautiful life inside the campus. One important point for juniors, plz dont take any life ending decision due to ragging , this shows your weakness, fight with the circumstances and make yourself hard and witty.

I still remember my ragging days: No belts, formal pants, no jeans, look at ur 3rd button, walking in a line, saying sir to seniors, asking some one not known person his/her name etc.... all funny!!!!
Good luck to all juniors that they get good seniors and happy college life.

Good Luck for exams

The CBSE exams are here again and so the kids are in tension with their syllabus presure and ofcourse the presure of good marks and expectations of parents and relatives.
Well today i read an article in Times of India editorial page written by Madhumita Gupta which remind me of the times of my Board exams and it really made me laugh well those were the golden days never gonnna come again.
The article was so nice that i can not resist my self writing abt it, kudos to Madhumita Gupta.
The article goes here:

GOOD LUCK

Examination Blues

Madhumita Gupta

This is one of the best seasons and the worst time of the year. The flowers are blooming, butterflies fluttering and birds chirruping with gay abandon. But above the heartwarming sounds, the other sounds being heard are muttered oaths. “Why must one know who fought Babar when?” and the placating “This will soon be over, come on, finish the revision.” Spring takes away the spring from many a student’s step as final exams come closer and closer. As children we’d find ourselves fuming at the ironical proximity of the god-awful annual exams and the most rambunctious of festivals, Holi. We would hear the dhols and the shouts of the lucky people who didn’t have exams, while we pored over algebra and chemistry formulae that we knew weren’t going to help us much in life. And then would come the morning of the first exam. Butterflies in the stomach would have, by then, grown to dinosaurian proportions; the formulae and solutions doing a jig in one’s feverish brain and just as one was about to step out to certain doom would come Ma, with the inevitable little bowl and spoon. I would shudder. For one of my extreme nervous disposition, it was an ordeal to have that ‘auspicious’ spoonful of curds and barfi — Ma’s good luck charm.      “How can this help?” i’d fume, “I just don’t remember anything, will this ‘dahi-barfi’ write the test paper?” And Ma would say in her most no-nonsense tone, “It will, open your mouth!” Escape was unthinkable and one complied. Gagging on the sweet-sour taste one would run to the school and later, to college, still muttering, “I’m going to fail.” Ma would just smile, “No problem!” The ultimate miracle was that one did recall all that must’ve been there somewhere in the dim recesses of the brain and wrote frenziedly and eventually managed to score quite reasonably. Was it the good luck charm at work? A mother’s faith? Or just the fact that exams are not as monstrous as they’re made out to be? Years later, when one became a mother herself, the scene is repeated every year. I’m on the other side of the spoon now and my son at the receiving end, that’s the only difference. “I’m going to fail!” he says. “No problem.” I smile knowing with certainty that my ‘dahi-barfi’ would be no less effective in pulling him through.

Types of Love

Love, the word has got so many meaning, understanding and thoughts. But what love is can be judged by a few. What is true love is even more hard to understand and infer.
Mostly Love is always taken as between two person either ur girlfriend or ur wife and most funny of all The Love at first sight. But Love is still more diverse, Complicated and unbounding. True love is really a mixture of Sympathy, care, belief, forgiveness and power to bear the pain.
Its really tough to find a true love, but still life goes on, whether we loves some on or just showing an impression that we love.
The true love is something which in unending and passionate. The love of a mother for her baby, love for ur family and moreover love towards yourself are some unending love existing in the world. But still many say everyday "I Love You".
In the same comic sense of everyday love, check out these pic:

MANGAL PANDEY-The Rising: A film or a GIMMICK

One can see the movie and may realize that the movie is a blockbuster or going to crash all the records, may be.But at what stages we indians are brought to that the movie directors are making the use of our patriotic feeling to promote their movies. Now and then we have a movie for arousing our patriotic feelings has the patriotism has become the puppets in the hands of movie makers. It must be true that we indians are a little bit more emotional in the case of nationalism but all these crashes when our own political leaders gate crash all of our dreams.

Albert Einstein had rightly said
"Nationalism is an infantile disease, the measeals of mankind".

Which is also being proven by our film makers who to gain extra fame and be to have a nomination in the oscors make a movie on indian issues wheather it is history related or treating us as pauper.

But in my hope the new generation is at their best to retrive the golden era of the Indian society and culture.
