Computer Working Postures
With the increasing use of computer in our daily life and also the increases of IT jobs led to an abrupt increase in on-desktop working hours. This has led to an over-stressed condition and also some physical alignment. So its better to have some good working postures to minimize the affect of long working strain. These are some working postures for desktop computers, have a look and adopt it to have less strained working :Light should be there on the notebook, do not read in comp light.
Put your-self close to the mouse and keyboard, with correct elbow position.
read it carefully
look at the wrist and palm positions
an idle chair
Mouse holding technique
zone way division of work area
full care for ur eyes.
