Eight Effective, Cheap and Easy Natural Ways To Control Your Appetite with no side effects

Be kind to yourself. Stay well away from the pharmaceutical shelves if you are seeking help to curb your appetite. Apart from the high costs of appetite suppressant drugs, their addictive nature and noted side effects make them a potentially dangerous choice. Given that in most cases their effects are short-lived and your weight rapidly rebounds when you stop taking them, they are not only expensive and dangerous, but really quite useless too.
http://hallosushant.blogspot.com/
There are many natural methods for controlling your appetite. The following eight have been chosen for being effective, cheap and easy for everyone to implement.

#1 : Exercise. Contrary to popular opinion, you do not "work up an appetite" through exercise. Exercise is a proven appetite  suppressant. It stimulates brain chemicals known as endorphins. These are your body's natural pain killers that give you a mood  boost and reduce your appetite. (The corollary is that people
who lack these endorphins due to insufficient exercise tend to boost their mood via "comfort food" instead.)

#2 : Drink more water, regularly. The human body craves hydration long before it craves food. Modern society and product marketing has 'educated' people into confusing thirst with hunger. Drinking water at regular intervals throughout the day will help to keep your appetite in check.
http://hallosushant.blogspot.com/
#3 : Avoid artificial sweeteners. Despite the well publicised fact of artificial sweeteners having no calories, they are the enemy of the dieter. Many studies in both human and animals have proven conclusively that these chemical sweeteners stimulate the appetite. Avoid them like the plague. Particularly do not drink diet sodas. Stick with water.

#4 : Spice & season your food. A recent study demonstrated that sprinkling common spices and seasonings such as herbs like oregano and others reduces the human appetite. The reasoning  appears to be that the blander the food, the more a person tends to eat to feel satisfied. Herbal seasonings have next to no calories and enhance the flavour of your food, leading to earlier satiety.

#5 : Don't miss breakfast. Skipping this most important meal of the day not only slows your metabolism, it results in snacking and binge eating later in the day.

#6 : Avoid sugars and starches. Eat proteins and non-starchy fibers. Other than the obvious calorie implications of sugars, sugars and starches are short-chain carbohydrates that are very rapidly converted into blood glucose, then very rapidly stored in muscle and fat tissue. This leads to rapid spikes and troughs, highs and lows, in your daily blood sugar levels and thus the urge to eat to treat those low points. Protein foods and high fiber non-starchy vegetables are more nutritious and take longer to fully digest - preventing those blood sugar spikes and troughs. http://hallosushant.blogspot.com/

#7 : Eat slowly. After your first bite of food at a meal, it takes around twenty (20) minutes for the signal of satiety from your stomach to reach your brain. Make a habit of taking a bite, then putting down your cutlery while you thoroughly chew your food. Do not pick up your utensils again until you have completely chewed and swallowed what is in your mouth. Developing this habit gives your brain time to recognise what you have already consumed before you shover too much into your mouth. Eating slowly means that you will feel fuller on a lower food intake.

http://hallosushant.blogspot.com/
#8 : Develop healthy sleep patterns. Lack of sleep or disrupted sleeping patterns disturb several hormonal functions within your body, at least two of which lead to loss of appetite control.  Additionally, most people tend to compensate for their feeling of a lack of energy caused by lack of sleep by overeating or drinking calories. A steady eight-plus hours of sleep per night will assist in controlling those hormonal appetite cravings
during the day.

Religion: true meaning and associated beliefs

This article is about a general set of beliefs about life, purpose, etc.. For other uses, see Religion (disambiguation).
"Religious" redirects here. For a member of a Catholic religious order, see Religious (Catholicism).

A religion is a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, especially when considered as the creation of a supernatural agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs.[1]

Aspects of religion include narrative, symbolism, beliefs, and practices that are supposed to give meaning to the practitioner's experiences of life. Whether the meaning centers on a deity or deities, or an ultimate truth, religion is commonly identified by the practitioner's prayer, ritual, meditation, music and art, among other things, and is often interwoven with society and politics. It may focus on specific supernatural, metaphysical, and moral claims about reality (the cosmos and human nature) which may yield a set of religious laws and ethics and a particular lifestyle. Religion also encompasses ancestral or cultural traditions, writings, history, and mythology, as well as personal faith and religious experience.

The term "religion" refers both to the personal practices related to communal faith and to group rituals and communication stemming from shared conviction. "Religion" is sometimes used interchangeably with "faith" or "belief system,"[2] but it is more socially defined than personal convictions, and it entails specific behaviors, respectively.

Men Vs Women : How women are better than Men in the following aspects... Is it True?

Women - Multiple process
Women's brains designed to concentrate multiple tasks at a time.
Women can Watch a TV and Talk over phone and cook a new recipe.

Men - Single Process
Men's brain is designed to concentrate only one work at a time. Men can not watch a TV and talk on phone same time.. He stops the TV while Talking.

LANGUAGE.
Women can easily learn many languages. Her brain set up. But can not find the solutions to problems Men can not easily  learn languages; he can easily solve the problems.
3 year old gal has three times higher vocabulary than 3 year old boy.

ANALYTICAL SKILL
Men's brain has lot of space for handling the analytical process. So easily he can analyze and find the solution for a process.
He can design (blue print) a map of a building easily.
If a complex map is viewed by women, she can not understand it. She can not understand the details of the map easily.
For her it is dump of lines in a paper.

CAR DRIVING.
While driving a car, men's analytical spaces are used in his brain. He can drive a car fast. If he see an object at long distance, immediately his brain classifies the object (bus or van or car) direction and speed of the object and driving accordingly. Where as women take a long time to recognize the object direction/ speed. His single process mind stops the audio in the car (if any), then concentrating only on the driving.
You can often watch, while men driving the car fast, the women sit next to him will shout, "GO SLOW" , "CARE FULL", "AAHHH", "OHH GOD.." .etc..

LIE
Many times, when men lie to women face to face, they got caught easily.
Her super natural brain observe the facial expression 70%, and the body language 20% and the words comes from mouth 10%. So he is easily caught while lieing.
Men's brain does not have this.
Women easily lie to men face to face.
So guys, While lieing to your girls, use phone, or letter or close all the lights or cover your/her face with blanket.
Don't lie face to face.

PROBLEM.
End of day, if men have lot of problems, his brain clearly classifies the problems and put into individual rooms of brain, the problems in individual room of brain and finding the solution one by one. You can see many guys looking on the sky's for a long times. If you disturb him, he gets irritated.
End of Day, if women have lot of problems, her brain can not classify the problems. she wants some one to hear that. After telling everything to a person she goes happily to bed. She does not worry abt the problem solved or not.

WANTS
Men want status, success, solutions, big process... etc Women want relationship, friends, family...etc...

UNHAPPY
If women unhappy with their relations, she can not concentrate on work.
If men unhappy with their work, he can not concentrate on the relations.

MAP
Men can easily locate the place in a complex map. His analytical brain does this. While watching a cricket match in a stadium with full of crowd, men can leave his seat to T shop and keeps everything in his mind and comes back to his seat with out problems. He uses his analytical skills space of brain.
Women can't do this. They often lost their way to their seat.

LIFE
Life is very easy to Men. One good job, one alcohol bottle is enough for him.
Women want everything in life.

SPEECH
Women use indirect languages in speech.
Geetha asked Vijay, "vijay do you like to have a cup of coffee?"
This means, Geetha really want a cup of coffee.
In the morning........"Darling, do you think, will it be good to have an Omlette for breakfast"
Men use direct language. "Geetha, I want to have a cup of coffee, Pls stop the car when you see a coffee shop".
In the morning...."Darling, Can you please prepare an omelet for breakfast".

HANDLING EMOTION
Women talk a lot without thinking, if they are in emotion.
Men act a lot with out thinking. That's why many of prisoners are men all over the world.

Eight Natural Ways To Control Your Appetite

Be kind to yourself. Stay well away from the pharmaceutical
shelves if you are seeking help to curb your appetite. Apart
from the high costs of appetite suppressant drugs, their
addictive nature and noted side effects make them a potentially
dangerous choice. Given that in most cases their effects are
short-lived and your weight rapidly rebounds when you stop
taking them, they are not only expensive and dangerous, but
really quite useless too.

There are many natural methods for controlling your appetite.
The following eight have been chosen for being effective, cheap
and easy for everyone to implement.

#1 : Exercise. Contrary to popular opinion, you do not "work up
an appetite" through exercise. Exercise is a proven appetite
suppressant. It stimulates brain chemicals known as endorphins.
These are your body's natural pain killers that give you a mood
boost and reduce your appetite. (The corollary is that people
who lack these endorphins due to insufficient exercise tend to
boost their mood via "comfort food" instead.)

#2 : Drink more water, regularly. The human body craves
hydration long before it craves food. Modern society and product
marketing has 'educated' people into confusing thirst with
hunger. Drinking water at regular intervals throughout the day
will help to keep your appetite in check.

#3 : Avoid artificial sweeteners. Despite the well publicised
fact of artificial sweeteners having no calories, they are the
enemy of the dieter. Many studies in both human and animals have
proven conclusively that these chemical sweeteners stimulate the
appetite. Avoid them like the plague. Particularly do not drink
diet sodas. Stick with water.

#4 : Spice & season your food. A recent study demonstrated that
sprinkling common spices and seasonings such as herbs like
oregano and others reduces the human appetite. The reasoning
appears to be that the blander the food, the more a person tends
to eat to feel satisfied. Herbal seasonings have next to no
calories and enhance the flavour of your food, leading to
earlier satiety.
Appetite for Life: The Biography of Julia Child
#5 : Don't miss breakfast. Skipping this most important meal of
the day not only slows your metabolism, it results in snacking
and binge eating later in the day.

#6 : Avoid sugars and starches. Eat proteins and non-starchy
fibers. Other than the obvious calorie implications of sugars,
sugars and starches are short-chain carbohydrates that are very
rapidly converted into blood glucose, then very rapidly stored
in muscle and fat tissue. This leads to rapid spikes and
troughs, highs and lows, in your daily blood sugar levels and
thus the urge to eat to treat those low points. Protein foods
and high fiber non-starchy vegetables are more nutritious and
take longer to fully digest - preventing those blood sugar
spikes and troughs.

#7 : Eat slowly. After your first bite of food at a meal, it
takes around twenty (20) minutes for the signal of satiety from
your stomach to reach your brain. Make a habit of taking a bite,
then putting down your cutlery while you thoroughly chew your
food. Do not pick up your utensils again until you have
completely chewed and swallowed what is in your mouth.
Developing this habit gives your brain time to recognise what
you have already consumed before you shover too much into your
mouth. Eating slowly means that you will feel fuller on a lower
food intake.

#8 : Develop healthy sleep patterns. Lack of sleep or disrupted
sleeping patterns disturb several hormonal functions within your
body, at least two of which lead to loss of appetite control.
Additionally, most people tend to compensate for their feeling
of a lack of energy caused by lack of sleep by overeating or
drinking calories. A steady eight-plus hours of sleep per night
will assist in controlling those hormonal appetite cravings
during the day.

PM concludes historic Saudi visit

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday concluded a historic three-day visit to Saudi Arabia during which 10 bilateral agreements were signed and the Riyadh Declaration was issued to strengthen ties between India and the influential oil-rich nation.

In a rare honour accorded to a foreign dignitary, Singh was invited to address the Majlis-ash-Shura, the Saudi parliament, where he not only sought investments from the Islamic kingdom but also pressed the need for Pakistan to "act decisively against terrorism".

He said that India would grow at the rate of 9 to 10 percent for the next 25 years.

"We seek Saudi investments in a range of sectors from infrastructure and manufacturing to the services and hospitality sector."

"Equally, Indian industry is ready to take advantage of the many opportunities that are opening up in the IT, banking, telecommunications and pharmaceutical and hydrocarbon sectors in Saudi Arabia," he said. The kingdom is the largest supplier of hydrocarbons to India.

He also said that India wishes to "live in peace and friendship with its neighbours".

"If there is cooperation between India and Pakistan, vast opportunities will open up for trade, travel and development that will create prosperity in both countries and in South Asia," he told the Majlis-ash-Shura.

But for this, he said, Pakistan needs to "act decisively against terrorism". He added that India's desire for cooperative relations with Pakistan was aimed at seeking permanent peace in South Asia.

Manmohan Singh said the challenge of terrorism was immense in Afghanistan, where a Taliban suicide attack Friday in Kabul left 17 people dead, including nine Indians.

The prime minister visited the King Saud University where an honorary doctorate was conferred on Manmohan Singh, an economist turned politician.

The prime minister left the Saudi capital for home after attending a function at the Indian embassy where he met representatives of the 1.8 million Indian expatriate community.

Indian officials said the Saudi visit, the first by an Indian prime minister after Indira Gandhi's in 1982, was aimed at forging a strategic relationship with Saudi Arabia.

The prime minister and Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz signed the 'Riyadh Declaration - A New Era of Strategic Partnership' Sunday to put their seal on steadily growing ties. This is expected to cover security, economy, defence, technology and political areas as well as ways to combat terrorism.

"The two leaders reviewed the status of implementation of the historic Delhi Declaration signed in 2006, and expressed their satisfaction at the steady expansion of Saudi-India relations since the signing of the Delhi Declaration," the new declaration read.

A pathbreaking extradition treaty was signed to enhance the existing security cooperation between the two countries. It will help the authorities in apprehending criminal elements wanted to stand trial in each other's country.

Besides the king, Manmohan Singh also met Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Petroleum and Mineral Resources Minister Ali Al-Naimi and Commerce and Industry Minister Zainal Alireza.

Another agreement signed by the two countries was to facilitate transfer of sentenced prisoners to their own country.

"We hope this treaty will facilitate the transfer of Indian prisoners back to India where they could serve the remaining (part of the) sentence (given by a Saudi court)," said Latha Reddy of the Indian external affairs ministry.

The third agreement was on cultural cooperation between the two ministries of culture.

The fourth memorandum of understanding was on cooperation on the peaceful use of outer space. It was signed between India's Department of Science and Technology (DST) and Saudi Arabia's King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST).

Tata Motors has agreed to supply Saudi Arabia's Hotil schoolbuses worth $80 million. A pact was also signed between the Gulf Bureau of Research and DFL, and another between India's Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) and Saudi Arabia's King Saud University.

On Saturday, the prime minister had arrived to an unprecedented welcome in the Saudi capital when, setting aside protocol, the Saudi crown prince and the entire cabinet turned up at the airport to receive the Indian leader.

On Sunday, King Abdullah officially welcomed him at a grand ceremony where a guard of honour was presented and a state banquet thrown in his honour.

India is working to develop close relations with Saudi Arabia, which was one of only three countries to back the Taliban regime in Kabul when New Delhi supported the anti-Taliban Northern Alliance.

The Saudi approach to Islamists underwent a radical change after 9/11.
