Health Problems: Natural Remedies using Fruits & Vegetables and their Effects, Never Feel Sick Again


HEADACHES : FISH (PROTEIN)
Eat lots of fish as fish oil helps to prevent headaches. So does ginger  which reduces inflammation and pain.

HAYFEVER : YOGHURT
